If you don't want to do anything involving technology, go on a nature walk or a hike (depending on weather; it could be crappy cold where you are). Go to a museum and just wander around. Go fishing with some friends. Get away from it all. I'm stressing pretty bad too. Aside from the lack of nicotine, one of my co-workers inexplicably came in and packed up her cube two days ago. They says she's officially on a "leave of absence", but I don't like the sound of it at all. My work computer has been ditching with spooler errors all week during the most critical need periods. I was so stressed out last night, I went home and got drunk.
