on sweets or bread or stuff like that anyway. that's kinda the reason i wanna do Atkins, cause it'll be pretty easy for me to do. however, i know i do eat a ton of carbs but i have a feeling i won't miss them too much. then again i might just be fooling myself, but if i keep telling myself i don't miss them, then i don't miss them.
i think i have a measuring tape around (other than the stanley 25' one, they dont bend around tummys so much) but i might grab one anyway.
as for the food journal, any idea on one designed for palm os 3? i've got a older handspring i could put to use. if not i might see if i can't throw somethign together from other software or just use the datebook function already in there. who knows, gotta buy some AAA batteries anyway.
