you go girl.... I agree with you 100%. While on Atkins or doing a very similar diet, not only did I lose weight, but my bad cholesterol, went down, my good cholesterol went up and my Doctor said to keep on doing whatever I was doing. It's been shown that some people lose weight easier by just dieting, and some by just exercise. I say do whatever works, but make sure you keep your doctor informed of whatever you are doing.
