'Deserves it! I daresay he does. Many that live deserve death. And some that die deserve life. Can you give it to them? Then do not be too eager to deal out death in judgement. For even the very wise cannot see all ends.

Personaly, I'm against the death penalty altogether. No human has the right to take life.

But, there is one thing in USA that struck me as a bit odd. Legal notes read "In God we trust.". Yet, the death penalty, which is quite opposed to the sixth commandment, is legal in some states.
