Mozilla 1.5 question by Llyr 2004-01-15 10:37:21
At the college, I use Moz 1.5, which works quite well except for one thing. Its default encoding is Western ISO-8859-15, but that doesn't recognize "smart quotes", so I swap it to Western ISO-8859-1, which recognizes them fine. However, as soon as I leave the page I swapped on, it goes back to -15. Is there any way to make it stay in -1?

TIA,
Spencer
