Here's a crypto by the cruftmaster (I think. :-) Because of the Terry-signature in the e-mail. Please confirm.)
This is a somewhat unusual crypto, because it requires a TI-83+ calculator to solve it. I thought it'd be fair to mention this in advance, so it's also hint 1. I don't know if an emulator will work for this crypto.
