I included both DNA AND Eyewitness accounts in my statement. One you have witnesses that place the accused at the scene at the time of the murder, two you have physical evidence placing the murderer at the scene. The two together would serve as strong proof that the accused is indeed the guilty party. As for the innaccuracy of eyewitness testimony. Having studied numerous first hand accounts of self-defensive shootings and comparing those to coroner's reports, other eye witnesses etc. I am more than slightly aware of it fallability.
