I think for the most part we are in agreement, I was merely stating the opinion that before the death penalty is issued as a sentence, several stringent criterea should be met. Our legal system is supposed to be based on the premise of "better to let a guilty man go free, than to imprison an innocent one." I simply feel we need to try to return to that.
