I assume you want to be healthy. So have a balanced diet. Weight Watchers, although unfashionable, offer good ones, as well as a nice way of calculating how good for you that next thing you want to eat is. Have a nice balanced diet, eat lots of roughage (it makes it easier on your other end), and exercise. No, climbing stairs once a day - unless it takes you 45 minutes - won't do the trick. |
