Although we love to rename old morals as new morality. I do think we as people (throughout the world) have become less courteous as part of our desire to strip away facades and see "reality" but all we've really done is make reality more course. We may wallow in our depravity a little more, but there really is nothing in the consistency of the mud that hasn't been there for a very, very long time. Oh and yes, now we display our mud coverings a bit more euphemistically.
