Consider the Death Penalty... by DesertRat66 2006-11-19 12:55:59
especially if you are for it. Read this story and think about it. What if he was telling the truth?

It leaves me more convinced than ever that the bar for the death penalty needs to be set VERY high. So high in fact, that executions are rare. IMO things like eyewitnesses AND DNA evidence should be necessary to pass that sentence.
