| Would you be interested in joining a 2nd Edition AD&D game? It is not final yet, but up to four players may be dropping from the game and leaving characters for someone to take over.
It is a message-board based game, at Macray's Keep, called Orbs Of The Dead God.
Requirements:
- The site requires IE 5.5. (Just switching your user-agent will NOT work. Believe me, it's been tried.)
- The ability to check in at least once a weekday, however, at least once per day is prefered. We have about 300-600 posts per month, on average. Each game day takes two to three RL months. This bunch can move fast when they want to, people. You have been warned.
- This site has two levels of membership: Outer Circle, which is free, and Inner Circle, which costs. Inner Circle membership is not required, but is highly reccomended. It's worth it, too, a buck US a month.
- You need serious roleplaying ability with this group. It is decidedly not hack 'n slash. At least one of these people has written and published gaming material. (Have you heard of John Theisen?)
- Knowledge of the the English language is required, and German can help, but is not a requirement. Also, spellchecker use is looked upon with positive feeling.
- A basic knowledge of HTML for post formatting. Stuff like the tag for colorizing (often used to help differentiate between dialogue and non-dailoge text), and the

tags.
- You need to know how to write. I don't means sentences, I mean good, well-formed paragraphs. I will post a sample thread from the game here as a Word document. As of this time, it is not uploaded yet, so please be patient.
