Hello my lovely Ufies.

Well, our customers are here today, please wish us luck.
They are already in a bad mood because the roads are in a horrible state.
It's snowing gently now, but earlier this morning is was snowing very heavily indeed.
In fact a few of my collegue almost didn't make it to w***.
