According to Dictionary.com, "Right refers to a legally, morally, or traditionally just claim... Privilege usually suggests a right not enjoyed by everyone."
Privileges are rights that are _not_ granted to all people. Thus, your saying would seem to be in error, since the assumption is that babies are not criminals, and we give _all_ those rights to babies up until they break the law or otherwise abrogate their rights.
In any event, rights in the US are granted first by the US government. God has no power over us, nor do any other nations (at the moment). Next, States grant us rights. And so on.
I did nothing to receive my citizenship - I got it by virtue of being born here. As far as I know, Bush himself cannot revoke it now. That's not a privilege, since I am not in a special class that excludes others. For you, however, it may have taken more work. But now that you have it (assuming you do), you cannot be deported legally.
