...that the harrassing part was because his pen pal posted it on the Internet. Do we know if that was his intention? Did his letters going out say, "hey will you post this somewhere for me so I can harrass my victims' families?" Or is that what the victims are saying. Yes I would feel as I was being harrassed, but then when I'd allow a court to decide if they felt is was harrassment as well.
