For most arguments, I already know much of what the other person is going to use for debate. Thus, I am reasonably sure that it will not change my opinion, although I do keep an open mind. I've been surprised before.

If you agree to _remain_ in disagreement, it's a slightly less LARTable offense, though it still is much more straightforward to say "I still disagree, but am not willing to continue arguing at this time".

And I won't even go into the way that phrase is used most of the time. It's dumb enough all by itself. No sense adding insult to inanity.

I prefer clear points. If someone has to use roundabout language to "get their point across", they are either not being honest (such as trying to confuse you until you think they've made a valid point) or they are not smart enough to simplify their points. Obfuscation can be fun, but if you're really trying to communicate with the other person, KISS (keep it simple, stupid) is a good rule.
