as well. It is not meant to be moaning but just a hint to something you probably already know and had simply not yet had the time to correct. (ok, it _is_ moaning.) The encoder is skipping the language part (not the programming language but the knowledge of foreign languages) also. The decoder on the other hand shows such content if encluded quite well. Anyway: Please don't ask me to do it better. I can't. Thank you for your effort on it, it _is_ appreciated.
