Family problems again by skeptic2004-01-13 09:39:41
  God. I can't stop fuming. by ag_wyvern 2004-01-13 10:20:52
I don't even know you and this stuff ticks me off.

Things I would do.

1) Talk to N. Let her know that you want everybody to talk and agree on a strategy, as a group, to help *her*.
2) Talk to Mom. She already knows about the cancer. Let her know the facts about the supplements (as you already did) again. Let her know that she *is* being a huge help to N. (maybe N. can let her know that also). She needs the support in order to continue giving support.
3) Talk to E. Let her know that she is not helping matters by causing emotional/mental grief to N. and Mom. N cannot afford her wares, Mom cannot afford her wares, and you cannot afford and do not want to chance using her wares. If she is so concerned about N, then she should be willing to part with the stuff at cost at no benefit to her. Let her know that Mom cannot deal with this nonsense and to either shut up or stay out. Let her know, if she starts raving, that she should darn well know better about how to act, given her profession.
4) Talk to the group as a whole. Get things out in the open, including the money issues. Dancing on pins and needles doesn't get anything accomplished.

I truly hope N. pulls through.
