But there are a number of crazies in charge either of small govts, or even fringe loony organizations who would happily see a nuke war (mostly because they wouldn't be directly involved), and then sit around to pick up the pieces afterwards. The whole "earth covered by a blanket of ash" senario is, of course, just a Western/Eastern/Govt lie to keep the masses in line ...
