I'd suggest you look it up in the dictionary, but it's not there anymore. I suspect Bush had them remove it so nobody could prove him wrong. (That's paranoid, BTW.)
If you doubt fetus' logic, then look at the proof from the Bush regime itself. They've lied to their own Congressmen (it's public record). Why? Because, for national security reasons, they couldn't tell them the truth.
DesertRat66 (and others less credible) has said on occasion here that the Bushlings have more information than they can give us. To actually tell us what they really know would compromise national security.
So there you have it. If they told the truth, if they gave us real facts, they would be compromising national security. It's inarguable!
Thus, any alert levels must be based on nothing true, lest we alert the terrorists that we actually know what they are doing (and, for who knows what reason, haven't stopped them). By putting up completely unfounded alerts, the terrorists are misled into thinking we have discovered some plot or other that they are not aware of, and that the "heat" will be on. So they lie low and wait for their next chance.
As to your statement that one of our presidents uttered the biggest load of crap you've heard in a while, go get stuffed. Oh, you didn't know that a president said that? I'm not surprised, since he's been quoted here many times. It's easy to miss something like that.
