I could be very bitter and sad because my father died around Christmas. Most ( if not all ) of the family was visting our parents at their retirment home that we built. My brother(s) were off finding a tree to cut down . On returning trip back we passed an ambulance that turned out to have our father. He had passed away from heart failure. So yeah I could be sad, but aren't. Even my mother is getting better around this season. I remember the reason for the season, even if the facts may prove otherwise. It is not the giving so much as the reason for giving no matter how small/large , cheap/expensive something is. Giving out of LOVE for the other person.
