Uses (in the same order): Fileserver, print server, NAT router, my old desktop, my iBook, 486 Office box given away to friends, dad's box, 486 toy given to friend, Friend's laptop (i.e. the last one has nothing to do with my network, but that friend has followed my naming convention; and really, the last four are not actually mine. The name Wonko was also chosen by my dad for his box.)
Hmm, as I've been reading a lot of Asimov recently, I'm thinking that robot names from his books might be a nice naming scheme.. |
