| That's a very serious thing, at least in Canada. It's well known that there's an investigation for each instance of a peace officer discharging his firearm. What isn't well known as that when you unholster your weapon you have to detail it in a report, with reasons as to why.
Not sure if this is required in the U.S., but I wouldn't be surprised if it were. I would've left quietly then called the supervisory office and reported it, wherever that is.
Was he Customs or Immigration? I have a friend who works for U.S. Immigration who has little time for a lot of the U.S. Customs officers. "Failed ex-military as frustrated cops" was her description. |
