Four Wheel Drive Vehicles, Jeeps, Pick-ups, etc. ATVs do have their uses IMO as well but once again it must be done responsibly. As with any mechanical device if you do something stupid you will get hurt, all ATV injuries I have ever witnessed were because the rider was being stupid, most even admitted that if they survived. As for landscape, sticking to established trails is both the smart and ethical thing to do. Safety courses IMO should be mandatory as well.
