they have right to "get back" at me? Why should I have to suffer from their vice?
You think I exagerate. I'm sure there have been law suits. I know of an out of court settlement for a person that was going through smoking cessation courses and then walked to and from their car, passing the "social lure" of the smoking sjhack and went back to smoking. the settlement involved the refund of their cessation fees, but still.

And I'm not the only one exaggerating.
