True, greed smells worse than ash (well, amounts of ash. If you'd been in Canberra in January or probably California in October you wouldn't be saying that), but ash + greed + burnt tobacco? Seriously, smoking around other people, many of whom are sensitive to smoke, and indoors in a public area, is very selfish.
