built in and comes with a client that should run on ME. However, there's a separate license required for each client you attach--if you're running 2K or (presumably--I haven't checked) XP on the client then that license is included--if you're running ME then you'd have to pay for it and it might make getting 2K or XP for the clients attractive. There's also a Linux client for Terminal Services, "rdesktop", that works very nicely.
