LOTD - Elvish Names by Control2003-12-19 00:48:32

and in Hobbit it becomes "Moro Ross of Lake-By-Down".
Guess the Hobbit one is not translating to but FROM Hobbit: the lake-by-down looks pretty much like english to me.

My wifes name (if i change her ç to a c to have the robot accept it) becomes :
in Elven : Lessien Felagund
just out of curiosity i added my name to hers. In Belgium they don't really officialize it any more, but some orgs are now adressing her with a double name: "mrs myname-hername"
So that gives ... Lessien Sillimaurë
in Hobbit : Camellia Bunce of Brockenborings (or if i add her new married name) Camellia Brambleburr of Binbale Wood. I think i like the last one better.

I still think it's a pity i have to change ç for c to have her name accepted. The generated names DO have diacriticals, why can't they accept that in the original names? In french dropping the little curl under the c changes the pronounciation. But OK, it's a game here.
