My SO has left town to get educated for four days. So I just finished working out if the kitchen. If you can't make love, make a chocolate raspberry ganache. I made some seedless raspberry preserves last summer. So put a large dollop of that in the cream. Add two tablespoons of Chambord. Whip into the chocolate with a whisk. What a workout! What a taste org...explosion in the mouth. When I caught my breath (after licking the whisk), I looked around the kitchen -- kinda looked like a smallish chocolate explosive had gone off. Wonderful!!
