the settlement of the class-action suit--you may be able to get some money for them.

On the other hand I've got one of the last IDE drives they made--ordered it off of their Web site, got an email that it was out of stock and there would be no more, while I was reading the email UPS arrived with the drive. It's been working fine right along.
