I was quite hungry and had barely eaten anything that day I tried one(darn flu)... yet it filled me up and I stayed full. They talk about those meal replacement bars for this diet or that on tv. I tend to think "yea yea whatever your probably still hungry after" well oddly thease bars didn't leave me hungry nor my roommate when he ate one too. we were both quite suprised by that. Oh and we got a big tub of vanilla whey powder that is 0 carbs so it says. But I've seen similar protien drinks that are flavoured and you can get a fair size one for under $45.
