    Couple of things about Bluetooth by Tomo 2003-11-06 16:43:41
A: Short range - 25m absolute maximum
B: To receive anything at all, the Bluetooth feature must be enabled
C: To send a larger message than a phone number/email address length, you must exchange keys
D: You can set your Bluetooth to be promiscuous or only to accept certain other devices (Equiv. of MAC address filtering I think)

That said, it's something to try next time RS works in Stylus.
He's already found that at least five mobiles have BT enabled...
