Personally, I wouldn't want to use a device that actually brags about receiving (promiscuously) 'location-specific' messages. Like announcing a tempting offer from the pizza joint you are about to walk by. Really - this is a selling point for these devices!

This will be taken care of dynamically, almost organically. As viri spread, countermeasures will be taken. Laws will be passed. Companies will spring up solely for the purpose of selling bluetooth-device-anti-virus software.

And the world will continue to revolve. But I will not be wearing a bluetooth device that can be bluejacked!
