Most of that is slander and would probably get you in more trouble than the spammer. However I see nothing wrong with reverse engineering their software to say convey a message? Maybe something along the lines of thank you for your wonderful malicious script that I will now use to advertise to you my disaproval of your methods. Pass that along to a few dozen friends who in turn pass it along to a few dozen etc. Wouldn't be long before the spammer was either offline or used so much bandwidth it attracted attention to them. Most are violating terms of use with the hosts they buy bandwidth from.
