DSL Reports? They have a scan service that is free. I think you have to register (I did), then you can request a scan. You must request the scan from the IP you want scanned, otherwise your test will be on hold until you establish a specific telnet session with the server...keeps people from using the service to scan IPs they do not own/control. They also have speed tests and some other stuff there.
