I didn't look too hard I just saw it and though about how everything is starting to have a low carb as well as a low fat counterpart. The reason (if I remember correctly) your allowed a little heavy cream is because a little goes a long way. When I worked in a coffee shop people on Adkins wanted their lattes and caps made with heavy cream "because adkins says it's ok" they forget the note that says 1-2 tablespoons a day. I figured it up and cupfull to cupfull milk and heavy cream actually have the same amount of carbs. But think 1 tablespoon of heavy cream in your hot tea or 1 tablespoon of milk... which one goes further?
