now thats odd. They advise us on the diet to actually have heavy cream. So I wonder if homo milk is ok but we get whipping cream for example and use it unsweetened. Not sure if 1/2 and 1/2 is ok.(aka dairy cream for tea/coffee) I have seen low carb mints and stuff. Yes it does seem to be getting to be a trend. Only problem is not everything has easy to read labels. Here alot of them merge the french and english togehter. Tho yes I can read some french and speak some the way it's bunched together on small package lables makes it hard to make out what is what.(I perfer the larger box labels where french is completely seperate from english... then I can read both fine but blending them together in a list is irritating)
