Manager: " We only pay you $3.00 an hour because that's what the law SAYS we have to pay - be grateful to have the opportunity to provide good service so you can EARN your measly, pathetic little living by getting tipped. Hey, I didn't MAKE the system, I just deal with it the way it IS. If you have people who are cheap and stiff you on what you earned by working hard and providing them with service, remember them next time and have the hostess seat them in someone elses section - oh - and remember, you need to spilt your tips with the hostess AND the busboy and leave a share for the kitchen staff or I'll fire your ars. I might just fire your ars because of your attitude, or if you're late, or if you're sick and need to miss a day, or if I'm simply having a crappy day. And don't you dare let me catch you serving tip-stiffers your famous snot-burgers again or your fired... Do you really think you could make this much delvering pizzas? HAH! At least WE don't make you pay for you own gas and the wear and tear on your vehicle! By the way, don't you still own us for your uniform??? |
