1.) The New Testament supercedes the Old Testament. The only belief system that follows the Old Testament but not the New Testament is Judaism. In Judaism, the fetus is NOT a person until it is born. The mother's life takes precedence in all ways. 2.) It only affects women, because women are the only people who carry these "unborn people."
