The couple created that specific life, not life in general, so they should be considered its creators. We're not talking about "divine spark"; you are. I'm talking about "life" in its strictest terms of alive/not alive.

The difference between a fetus and larvae that is born seems to me that the born larvae can be sold to gypsies or given up for adoption if it gets really irritating to you.
