Nothing, unless [they do] anything beyond what you're paying [them] to do.

As a customer of a pizza delivery place, or a restaruant, it's not my job to pay the staff. I pay the establishment; the establishment pays the staff.

They earn a tip if they're particularly helpful or whatever. Not for doing the job they're paid to do. If the employer isn't paying them enough, it's not my job to suppliment their salary so that the employer can keep doing it.
