I use 15% of pre-tax amount as a minimum. so: TERRRIBLE service: no tip decent service: see default Great service: 20% on the top. but then again, when I want pizza, I want it NOW, warm, and un spit upon. and I'm sure that the drivers at my local shop remember the tips. My pizza aleways arrives fast.
