in both cases, she "forgot" to take the pills, and rather than fess up, she flushed them down the loo to hide the fact...

I'm terribly sorry that you were in that situation though, and I agree with your decision. people who do not want children probably shouldn't have them. if your soul mate disagrees with you on that issue, you're probably not soul mates, now are you .
