A Question of Values by Illiad2003-11-06 09:01:28

I like the driving tour best, but really would prefer if I was not the driver on said tour. That way I don't have to deal with the stress of traveling on different sides of the road, with the lovely English Roundabouts and what not. But I'd love to just be driven all over the place, Scotland, and England and Ireland (I know I know) would be just spiffy. It's vacation #1 given the money to do so.

Luxury cruise would be next spiffy. I love the ocean and water, can't decide between Alaska for it's views, or somewhere warmer so I can indulge in more Scuba.

Languishing in the resort (because the others are worse, not because it's how I'd spend my time. That would feel too lazy for me)

Holing up with a book (I doubt I'd enjoy it the whole time, I would go starkers with so little to do, but it is what I enjoy in my down time, and is a better choice than the others)

Backpacking. Because I miss the Rockies and their $Rugged beauty. Backpacking never really was my thing though, I prefer scenic walks.

Hiking/camping I dislike the lack of showers and toilets enough to make me not choose this even though I really like nature and appreciate wilderness.

Archaeological dig. Someone shoot me in the head with a boring bullet, at least the boredom wouldn't take so long to do me in. :)
