No one would. There are huge risks taken everyday by just living and accomplishing life, but those risks and their consequences are accepted: you drive, you risk car crashes, you accept that and can't complain that you didn't know that that was possible when it happens to you, or that it's not your fault for driving and therefore you aren't responsible and the consequences of the car crash should be able to be removed (no hike in insurance, no cost to cover anyone else injured). You made the choice to drive, you accept the consequences of that action. You make the choice to walk outside at night and get mugged, you have to accept that consequence, you have sex, you have to accept that you might get pregnant.
