An Issue of Responsibility by Illiad2003-11-06 08:30:47
Alas, by most US state laws no; morally always. (n/t) by Tran2003-11-06 08:33:16
    alas? by siliconghost 2003-11-06 08:36:53
actually, there have been several cases. the woman won every one of them. but... the man doesnt want teh child, the woman didnt. it was agreed not to have a child. if teh woman changes her mind, why should the man, if he is given no input as to the decision to abort, have to pay? thats ridiculous. 100 percent the womans choice, 100 percent her responsibility.

on teh same topic, by reveresed. what if the she got pregnant, wanted an abortion, but the man didnt want her to abort, said hed adopt the kid and be totally financially responsible. does she have a right to get an abortion no matter what he said? i mean, the kids half his.
