...but it could be that what they did is transplant a machine personality onto Neo. Exactly as Smith infected Baines, only Neo would never have had his own personality, just one installed by the Oracle. Of course, this theory doesn't make sense, which is why I said I don't support it. The architect clearly says that all the "Ones" represent a human anomaly in the system. So there.
