...is to be left to God, because he is the one who gave it to the person, then it's of no consequence whether the person is a sinner or a saint in a mere human's view. Not only are govenrments fallible, but also they may not see that the same murderer may live to save the warden's little innocent daughter who wanders off to the restricted area one day. Such are the ways of God. Killing him now is depriving him of the opportunity to embrace Christ and be cleansed of his sins, isn't it? It's clearly not a choice for men.
