            There is the conflict I think.. well 2 major ones by Patch 2003-11-06 06:38:36
1. Mothers Health - doesn't allow an out if a mothers health is in danger

2. (not sure on this one) Here you assume that the child isn't viable and will not live longer than a few days. Therefore birth is induced and the child (non viable) is killed before it's completly removed. I thought is was specifically for viable or the possible viable child being partially born and then killed before it completes the exit, so to speak.

If there is going to be danger with birth at the 3rd trimester there will still be that danger when the lump of human flesh is removed. Those dangers don't change nor the possible consequences. You assume that there is a different set of consequences between a breathing lumb of human flesh as opposed to a non-breathing lump of human flesh is removed/pushed out/cut out of the mothers body. I don't see the difference in possible life/health consequences in the mother at that late of stage of pregnancy. However, I am not a doctor so my thoughs are very different. It is why I have a hard time seeing the difference to the mother there.
