Over the phone. Me: Can you press ctrl-alt-del on your keyboard please. Cmr: I dont have a keyboard. Me: Are you sure? It would be the thing you use to type on your computer, it has all the letters on it? Cmr: Nope I definatly do not have a keyboard ---10 minutes of wire tracing later--- Cmr: Oh this thing I didnt know what it did so I shoved it behind the desk. ARGHHHH I'm handing my notice in next week!
